Board of the Prosecutor's Office 
Аccording to the article 22 of the Law оf RA “On Prosecutor's Office” , under the chairmanship of the Prosecutor General, in the prosecutor's office functions a Board for the discussion of fundamental issues related to the arrangement of activities of the prosecutor's office.
The Board consists of the Prosecutor General and 12 members.
The members of the Board are the deputies of the Prosecutor General, the Heads of the General Prosecutor's Office Departments and other Prosecutors appointed according to the order of the Prosecutor General.
The structure of the board of RA Prosecutor's Office is adopted and changed according to the Orders N 43 and 49 of the RA Prosecutor General issued on 12.05.2008 and 16.11.2009 and Orders N 27 and 03 issued on 28.12.2010 and 13.01.2011, Order 51 issued on 08.11.11., Order N24 issued on 29.03.13, Order N 27 issued on 07.05.2013

The Prosecutor General is to constitute the working process of the Board and the decisions of the Board are implemented by the orders of the Prosecutor General.
