International Association of Prosecutors 
The RA General Prosecutor’s Office is the organizational member of the International Association of Prosecutors starting from May 17, 1999 which is a non-governmental and non-political organization and the first and only world organization of prosecutors.
The goal of the association is to promote and to protect human rights, support rule of law, use general standards of prosecution as well as to promote the effective, fair, impartial and efficient prosecution of criminal offences. IAP is a source of information and support for the prosecutors.
IAP organizes annual and regional conferences and numerous projects. The RA General Prosecutor’s Office shows active participation in the mentioned conferences and projects, publishes IAP journals as well as annual reports.
About 130 states including 120 organizations and individual members have joined IAP since 1995.
