Aram A. Tamazyan was born in 1952’ June 30, in Ashtarak. He got his Legal education at the Law Faculty of Yerevan State University, which he graduated from in 1975

1975-1984 Ministry of Interior Affairs of  Armenia - Investigator; then Chief Investigator on Especially Important Cases

1984-1992 Chief Investigator on Especially Important Cases adjunct to the RA Prosecutor General

1992-1996 Trans-regional Prosecutor of Armavir Circuit

1996-2001 Prosecutor of Yerevan City

2001-2004 RA General Prosecutor

June 9’2005 By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia appointed as a Deputy Prosecutor General of RA.

According to the RA Prosecutor General's Order N 42 after 12.05.08, A. Tamazyan Coordinates the activities of the Department Supervising Enforcement of Sentences and Other Compulsory Measures, State Interests Protection Department, the General Crime Department, the Division for Crimes on Illegal Turnover of Narcotic Drugs and the related spheres.

For the outstanding contribution in strengthening the legality, law and order he was awarded "Mkhitar Gosh", "Strengthening  Legality", "Stronghold of Law" and "For the Contribution ifor Provision of RA Security" medals and awards.

Mnatsakan P. Sarkisyan

Mnatsakan P. Sarkisyan was born in 1956’ October 7, in Yerevan. He got his Legal education at the Law Faculty of Yerevan State University, which he graduated from in 1980

1989-1992 - Chief Assistant to the RA Prosecutor General on Legislation Structuring and Propaganda Issues

1992-1996 Deputy Prosecutor of the Hrazdan Trans-Region

1996-1999 Prosecutor of the Hrazdan Trans-Region

1999-2004 Prosecutor of the Kotayk Region

July 17’ 2004  By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia appointed as a Deputy Prosecutor General of RA

According to the RA Prosecutor General's Order N 42 after 12.05.08, M.Sarkisyan coordinates the activities of the Property and Economic Crimes Department, the Department for Investigation by National Security Agencies, the Department for Crimes against the Individual and the related spheres, the organization and heading of the commission of ethics attached to the Prosecutor General, issues of civil defense.

For the outstanding contribution to strengthening of legality, law and order, by the decree of the President of RA, was awarded by the Mkhitar Gosh medal. 

  Armen S. Danielyan

Armen S. Danielyan was born in on April 12, 1975, in Yerevan. He got his legal education at the Law Department of Yerevan State University, which graduated in 1998 with honors.

He passed a retrain in the Institute of constitutional and legislative policy of Hungary by programs "Commercial arbitration" and "Comparative administrative law".

From 1998 he is a member of the Union of Lawyers of RA.

From 1998 to 2000 he worked as a legal advisor.

From 1999 he lectures at the Yerevan State University on subjects "Customs Law" and "Civil Law".

1999-2005 he was chosen a member of the Elders of the Erebuni community and was the head of the Council of Elders of the community.

2003-2007 he was a deputy of the National Assembly of RA (election district N 17), was a member of Standing committee on State and Legal Affairs, the Chair of subcommittee on civil legal affairs. He was the member of the Council of the Protection of the Rights of Citizens adjunct to the Speaker of the National Assembly.

On May 12 2007 he was elected a deputy of the National Assembly of RA by proportional election order. He was the Deputy Chair of Standing committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly of RA.  

From 2006 he was the member of the Council of Yerevan State University.

On May 31 2007, by the Order of the Prosecutor General of RA, he was appointed a member of attestation committee attached to the Prosecutor General of RA. From October 2007 he is a member of monitoring committee of implementation of anti-corruption strategy of RA.

By the Decree of the President of RA on May 7 2008 Armen Danielyan was appointed the Deputy Prosecutor General of RA.

A. Danielyan is the Chairman of Editorial Council of the periodical "Legality" and the member of the Editorial Council of the journal "About the Criminal Law and Public Prosecutor's Office" published in London.

He is the author of for than 20 scientific articles and two monographs.

He was awarded by the letters of acknowledgment of the Speaker of the National Assembly (2005), the Prosecutor General (2010), the Prosecutor General of Nagorno Karabakh (2010) and the medal of the RA  Prime Minister (2009).

According to the RA Prosecutor General's Order N 42 after 12.05.08, A. Danielyan coordinates the activities of the Corruption and Organized Crime Department,  the Division for State Interests Protection in Foreign Courts, the International Legal Relations Division, the Legal Support and European Integration Division, Citizen Reception, Complaint Review, and Duty Shift Division, and the related spheres, the activities of the Periodical “Legality”, the Prosecutor’s School,  the activities of the competition committee for the vacant positions of the public servants of the Staff of the Prosecutor’s Office.

Gevorg S. Kostanyan

G. Kostanyan was born on October 4, 1977 in Yerevan. He graduated from the Law Department of Yerevan State University in 1999.

2003-2004 Deputy Head of Staff of the RA Ministry of Justice

2004-till now Armenian Representative to the European Court of Human Rights

2008-till now Member of the Anticorruption Strategy Monitoring Committee

2002-till now Lecturer in the Law Department of Yerevan State University

G. Kostanyan studies in the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the RA National Academy of Sciences.
He is the author of a dozen scientific articles and monographs.
