On January 31, 2013 in the website ''www.lragir.am'' an article entitled “ 10 000 AMD is delivered to each in Ararat region” was published, in which it was particularly mentioned that the regional headquarter of RPA of Ararat region sends its co-workers to the houses, especially to vulnerable families, gives them 10 000 AMD, enrolls them, as well as takes their mobile numbers and guides them to vote for Serzh Sargsyan. They threaten that in the polling stations there are special equipments on the pens which will check who they vote for.
